The other day I was walking by the construction site of Har HaShomer and saw a couple of women wearing jeans and T-shirts, and a car pulling into a parking lot behind them.
There was an old woman in a black turtleneck and short jeans and a man in a turtlenecks, a leather jacket, jeans and sneakers.
The woman in the jeans was a resident of Har Ilit, the neighborhood where I was working on the site.
He said that he had lived there since he was a kid, and that the neighborhood is now gentrified.
This was the second such visit, he said, after his wife recently moved there from the nearby Israeli town of Ariel.
He told me that his wife had gone to the city from Har Homme to study, and after a couple years of living in the neighborhood, he moved back to Ariel in order to have a house.
The new house, he told me, will be on the ground floor, in a place that is “just a building.”
In the past few months, the city has seen a surge in construction activity.
The population of the city doubled in the past five years, from 2.6 million to 5.4 million.
The number of new residents in the city tripled.
The construction boom has been so big, that construction of new houses in Har HaMaherim is already in the tens of millions of shekels (about $14,500).
Construction in Har Homsherim has grown so fast that some residents have been forced to rent apartments from the local government.
The city has been booming in recent years, but a lot of residents don’t think this boom will last forever.
That is why the city council recently passed a resolution calling for the construction of “more housing.”
The city government is aiming to complete the entire project in just five years.
The municipality’s new building program aims to build 3,000 housing units for the homeless population by the year 2020, according to a report by the municipality’s planning and housing department.
