Builders at the Wukong Group are planning to build a new building on the shores of the Yarra River.
“I think the concept of building in the river is fantastic,” said Wukong’s chief executive officer, Nick DeWitt.
The Yarraline Hotel will be built near the Wuzi Group’s new construction site at Yarra Street and Maitland Street. “
If you build in the Yarralumla, that’s great, but you can build anywhere, and we’ve done it here in the CBD.”

Mr DeWett said the Wuttens’ project had been designed to be environmentally sustainable.
The Yarra Valley is one of Australia’s biggest freshwater reserves, with more than 80 per cent of its surface covered by wetlands.
It is home to a number of endangered and threatened species, including koalas, marsupials, and other marsupial and marsupic fish.
A group of Wuttans who have been working in the area for about 25 years, Mr DeWatt said it had been an important source of inspiration for the new building.
He said the new development would provide an additional $400,000 per year for local and state governments.
